## What this site will not tell you

- A construction cost per square foot: The figure circulating online traces to old forum posts and no current one could be verified. Somebody would budget on it, so /building carries the process and no number.
- A coordinate we did not have: Every map link on this site points at a place we could locate. Beaches without a verified position get directions in words instead of a pin that sends somebody down the wrong track.
- Where Lenny Kravitz lives: He is a resident, not an attraction. We publish what he has said on the record and what his foundation publicises itself. We do not publish the property, and we ask people not to go looking.
- Somebody else's inventory: We have no agreement with any brokerage or rental operation, so we publish no listing copy, no photographs and no management claims that are not ours to make.
- A photograph of somewhere else: Every image is a real, credited, freely-licensed photograph of this island, checked by eye against the photographer's own description. We shipped generated aerials once. They were wrong and they came down.
- A weather forecast we cannot measure: Tide, wind and sea temperature come from Open-Meteo and are fetched live by your browser. When they will not load the panel shows nothing rather than a plausible number.
