You are approved by a person

Nothing is automatic. We check the licence and approve by hand, because a referral fee paid to somebody who is not licensed to receive it is worthless to you and indefensible for us.

A matching lead alerts you

Matched on island and deal type, so you are not woken up for a Rock Sound lot when you work Harbour Island. Everyone who matches is alerted at the same second.

First claim wins

One click. The database settles it atomically, so there is never a case where two partners both believe they have it. Everyone else is told immediately that it went.

You get the contact details

Name, email and phone are released on the claim and not before, along with everything the prospect told us. Then it is yours to work.
