What this site will not tell you.

Anybody can claim to be accurate. This is the list of things we could have written, that would have made these pages longer and more useful-looking, and that we left blank because we could not stand behind them.

A construction cost per square footThe figure circulating online traces to old forum posts and no current one could be verified. Somebody would budget on it, so /building carries the process and no number.

A coordinate we did not haveEvery map link on this site points at a place we could locate. Beaches without a verified position get directions in words instead of a pin that sends somebody down the wrong track.

Where Lenny Kravitz livesHe is a resident, not an attraction. We publish what he has said on the record and what his foundation publicises itself. We do not publish the property, and we ask people not to go looking.

Somebody else's inventoryWe have no agreement with any brokerage or rental operation, so we publish no listing copy, no photographs and no management claims that are not ours to make.

A photograph of somewhere elseEvery image is a real, credited, freely-licensed photograph of this island, checked by eye against the photographer's own description. We shipped generated aerials once. They were wrong and they came down.

A weather forecast we cannot measureTide, wind and sea temperature come from Open-Meteo and are fetched live by your browser. When they will not load the panel shows nothing rather than a plausible number.
